Are you passionate about motorcycles and enjoy working with people? Bayride Motorcycles is looking for a motivated and reliable Motorcycle Store All-Rounder to join our busy Tauranga dealership.

This is a varied role that would suit someone who enjoys customer service, has strong organisational skills, and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves and help wherever needed.

About the Role

As an All-Rounder, you'll be involved in many aspects of the business, including:

• Assisting customers with motorcycle accessories, apparel, and parts.
• Receiving, unpacking, and merchandising stock.
• Processing sales and handling enquiries in-store, online, and over the phone.
• Supporting administration and general office duties.
• Maintaining showroom presentation and store cleanliness.
• Assisting the sales and service departments as required.
• Helping with motorcycle deliveries, events, and promotions.
• General day-to-day support to ensure the dealership runs smoothly.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will:

• Have excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Be enthusiastic, positive, and a team player.
• Be well organised and able to multitask.
• Have good computer skills and attention to detail.
• Be physically fit and strong, capable of handling motorcycles, stock and general store duties.
• Hold a current full driver's licence (motorcycle licence advantageous but not essential).
• Have an interest in motorcycles, powersports, or the automotive industry.
