This slave cylinder is a direct replacement for KTM models fitted with Magura mineral oil clutch systems. Brembo clutch units use brake fluid, which is incompatible with the Magura mineral oil seals. This slave cylinder uses brake fluid, compatible with Brembo master cylinders. If your bike has a mineral oil clutch, it is necessary to change the master cylinder and slave cylinder to convert to a Brembo brake fluid compatible system.
